What type of shoes to wear with brown blazer?

I have a banana republic brown plaid blazer shown here

I would like to wear it with blue jeans and brown shoes to look casual. However, when i check out shoes, i see so many different types of shoes. I definitely am getting brown shoes. However, i see shoes listed as Dress, Loafer, casual and boot etc. I want this to be a casual look.





Is it bad if the brown shoe i buy is listed as a dress shoe when pairing it with the brown plaid blazer and blue jeans? Or should it always be listed as a casual shoe.

I would go for a dark brown colored (like the ones pictured). The blazer is a bit casual so I would not go for formal shoes, black colored shoes or even boots.
