Im 16 and I need to get a new pair of shoes. Most of my clothes are winter colors, right now. I need a pair of casual shoes, and maybe flashier pair of shoes that would look sweet with dress shirts.

At 16 your budget isn't going to be great - i guess.
Fluchos shoes from Spain are ideal casuals. And I go for a pair of Kenneth Cole for best. Good luck.
