hey, i need new casual shoes that i can wear day to day for this fall. and all my pants are bootleg. what type and brand should i get? thanks so much!

basically anything so maybe go to macys or something because they always have cute casusal styles!
Reply:As stated in your description, you are limited to casual shoes to be worn day to day with bootleg pants. Well, in light of the season you are approaching, I would say that ballet flats are out. Anything with a heel that is strappy or made of leather is out too. You're going to have to stick with a basic tennis/sneaker type shoe. This is where it can get tricky. You have to decide if you are going to stick with a neutral color. Obviously you can't wear brown shoes with black pants or vice versa. Also, you want your casual to look more than causual, but slightly less than formal. I would say that a silver/grey/gunmetal type color would suffice. Stay away from the blues and the blacks or any extravegant color that may clash with your clothes. For the material of the shoe, it must be leather. For this purpase alone. Fall is coming!!! You stated that you are wearing these shoes in the fall, so a cotton/mesh shoe is out of the question. Depending on your style and what your regional trend is, I would try a Puma or a Sauchony shoe. They have decent shoes for, from what I can tell, you are looking for. If you want to spend more, you can always go to Skechers to Candies. But if your casual is like my casual, you want to go Channel black boots, with a high heel and a high leg. Also, look for last falls boots online because they have the better sivler accents.

For wedges or platforms: Steve Madden


For heels: Prada. A square toe. These are expensive but a leather heel from Prada will look fabulous and last forever. The look especially good with bootcut jeans. You can get a low heel if you want-try ebay for low prices.

For flats, Vans are back in and so are Doc Martins.

And the best... they go with almost every pants cut...
