Short black peacoat & size five in shoes.?

does anyone know where i can find a short black peacoat? ive looked alot of places but they're mostly long or the short ones are way too thin..





%26amp; im size five in shoes. does anyone know what stores sell nice shoes [boots, heels, casual shoes, flats] for women with small feet becus most stores start there shoes at size six. some stores that i know of are wild pair, bakers, steve madden, any other suggestios?

for the coat i would suggest macy's or forever 21 they hae a large seletion of clothing.





and i shop at bakers and macy's for shoes i don't know where else you could get them, maybe other department stores.
