What kind socks should I wear with casual brown shoes?

Okay, I know this has nothing to with LBGT, but since I come here frequently, I know it is one of the most active boards. I didn%26#039;t get in response in the fashion/style section.





Yesterday I got a pair of brown leather sketchers (the ones that are more like tennis shoes). I wore them with shorts and the only kind of short socks I had were white. It didn%26#039;t look that great. I%26#039;ve really only ever worn white socks with sorts, so if any of you own these kind of shoes what type of socks to you usually wear?

What kind socks should I wear with casual brown shoes?
I wouldn%26#039;t wear those shoes with shorts. They are more for blue jeans. Then, I would wear brown socks with them.

Casual use of Running shoes?
A 5 K is only 3 miles so you shouldn%26#039;t have any problems with you feet and back. However, if you start feeling pain--not just post-run soreness, the first thing to blame are the shoes.





Plus, you will most likely become addicted to the training/racing game, and then you definitely need to get yourself a pair of good quality running shoes. Have fun...

Are these shoes good for casual wear? They are called Nike Paul Rodriguez Zoom Air Low. By casual wear I mean a shirt and a pair of jeans. I like to wear my pants with them covering the whole top of the shoe, not putting it behind the shoe. So my main concern with shoe is that it could be too wide. To any of you that has it, is it too wide?

I wear sandals all the time cause that%26#039;s all that matches my casual Khakis, they are military style pants w/ wide bottoms %26amp; lots of pockets. Because they are wide bottom it%26#039;s hard to find a casual or athletic shoe that matches. The atheletic shoes are very narrow and look awful with the pants. My pants arn%26#039;t bell bottoms, it just makes them look like it.

From clarks privo. they look great with jeans and khakis. they are kind of rugged so they might go with the cargo style. it also depends on what sort of top you are wearing too.
